Levosalbutamol

Levosalbutamol is used to relieve symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as coughing, wheezing and breathlessness.

The inhalers are called 'reliever' inhalers as they give you quick relief from breathing problems.

Always keep the inhaler upright during loading of the dose and administration steps.

Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.

Gargle with warm water after each inhalation to avoid any fungal infections in your mouth and throat.

If you need to use Levosalbutamol more than 3 times a week, it could be a sign that your breathing problem is not well controlled. Talk to your doctor about it.

Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart diseases or if you experience heart racing, headache, or chest pain.

Beclometasone

Beclometasone helps treat inflammation, severe allergies, flare-ups of ongoing illnesses, and many other medical problems that require either reduction of inflammation or suppression of the immune system.

Do not use it more often or for longer than advised by your doctor.

Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.

Beclometasone can make it harder for you to fight off infections. Notify your doctor if you have any signs of infection such as a fever or sore throat.

Side effects such as mood changes or stomach problems can happen when you start taking Beclometasone. Inform your doctor if this bothers you.

Do not stop taking Beclometasone suddenly without talking to your doctor first as it may worsen your symptoms.

Fluticasone nasal spray is used to treat sneezing, itchy or runny nose, or other symptoms caused by hay fever. It is also used to treat chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) in adults. This medicine belongs to the family of medicines known as corticosteroids (cortisone-like medicines)

Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older)
SEROFLO-100 Rotacaps: One rotacap twice daily
SEROFLO-250 Rotacaps: One rotacap twice daily
SEROFLO-500 Rotacaps: One rotacap twice daily
Children (4 years and older)
SEROFLO-100 Rotacaps: One rotacap twice daily
COPD
SEROFLO-250 Rotacaps: One rotacap twice daily
SEROFLO-500 Rotacaps: One rotacap twice daily
SEROFLO Rotacaps should only be inhaled with the Cipla Rotahaler/Revolizer device. SEROFLO Rotacaps must not be swallowed.
